Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once your print proof has been approved. All sales are final after written proof approval is received. No refunds of any kind will be issued once production has begun.

Returns, Refunds and Reprints

At The Prints Prince we are committed to delivering premium quality on every order. If there is an issue with your order you must report it within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. You can reach us by email at prince@theprintsprince.com.

Once your claim is submitted we will document the issue and work with you to find the best resolution. All defects and order issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. You may be asked to submit photos of the defective product to support your claim. In some cases you may be required to ship the defective product back to us at your own expense within an agreed upon timeframe. If a defect is confirmed we may reimburse return shipping at our discretion.

Any charges related to rush production or expedited shipping are non-refundable on defective orders unless the carrier is responsible for the defect or failed delivery. Turnaround times and shipping options for reprinted orders vary based on available production capacity and are determined at our discretion. Turnaround time begins after receipt of written proof approval. Verbal approvals are not accepted under any circumstances.

Customer Submitted Artwork

The Prints Prince is not responsible for errors in any job where the customer submitted their own artwork. All artwork must be provided in CMYK color mode at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. We are not responsible for color shifts that occur during conversion from RGB or spot colors to CMYK, nor are we responsible for images that print fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to customer provided artwork.

Color Accuracy

Digital proofs accurately represent layout, text, image placement, and proportions but cannot guarantee exact color matching. Color variation between your screen proof and the final printed product is normal and unavoidable due to differences in monitors, equipment, inks, and production conditions. The Prints Prince does not guarantee exact color matching and is not liable for color variation in final printed products. A reasonable variation in color between the approved proof and the final product shall constitute an acceptable delivery.

Trimming Variance

While we make every effort to trim each job accurately to your specifications, The Prints Prince is not liable for up to 1/16 inch of trimming variance on any side. Artwork should not be designed with critical elements dependent on exact trim dimensions. Always keep important text and graphics within the safe zone indicated on our templates.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we will reship the package to the corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address submissions.

Right of Refusal

The Prints Prince reserves the right to refuse service or products to any individual or organization at our sole discretion.

Indemnity

By placing an order with The Prints Prince you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold The Prints Prince, its partners, affiliates, and suppliers harmless from any liability, loss, claim, or expense related to your violation of these terms, including any claims arising from the improper use of trademark, copyright, or other protected material.
